Importing Personal Effects to Norway

Norway is not a member of the EU, so goods will be subject to Norwegian Customs Regulations. You can import your used household effects duty free, provided that you have owned them for at least a year prior to arrival. When importing your personal effects to Norway, you will need a copy of your passport, a detailed inventory in English and Norwegian, and a completed Norwegian customs declaration form.
